Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or imaging results. Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended.

Beach Chiropractic does accept Medicare Insurance; however, we do not accept Medicare Replacements. If you have straight Medicare (with or without a supplement), we can file Medicare insurance if specific criteria are met. It is our policy to bill Medicare appropriately and according to Medicare's strict rules and guidelines when it comes to chiropractic care. Medicare makes it very clear that they only pay for care when it is MEDICALLY NECESSARY. They do not pay for maintenance care, supportive care, or wellness care. Dr. Robben can determine during your visit if your care is eligible for Medicare billing. If your care is determined to be medically necessary, Medicare will cover ONLY the spinal adjustment. Medicare statutorily excludes the New Patient exam, extremity treatments (knee/hip/ankle etc.), and any therapies. Those services will be on a self-pay basis. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your Medicare insurance.

Your initial visit typically takes about 45-60 minutes. This includes completing paperwork, a comprehensive evaluation, and your first treatment if appropriate.
